1. Who We Are
Telepath Pro is operated as a sole trader business by Tom Pople trading as Telepath Pro, with a registered address at 1 Bolsover Road, Hove, BN3 5HQ, United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing telepath.pro, using our free ICP report tool, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Telepath Pro on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Telepath Pro. Please read them carefully.
3. Description of Service
Telepath Pro is a B2B sales intelligence platform that helps sales professionals and revenue leaders:
- Generate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) reports from historical won deal data
- Score live pipeline opportunities against their ICP
- Identify and prioritise high-value sales opportunities
The service includes a free tier (ICP report generation) and a paid subscription plan (Telepath Pro) with additional features as described on our pricing page at telepath.pro/pricing.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Telepath Pro. The service is intended for business use only and is not directed at consumers acting in a personal capacity.
5. Accounts and Registration
5.1 Account creation
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5.2 Account security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at tom@telepath.pro if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
6. Subscriptions and Payment
6.1 Plans
Telepath Pro offers the following paid subscription plan, billed monthly:
- Telepath Pro — £500 per month
Current features for each plan are described at telepath.pro/pricing. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
6.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you first subscribe. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
6.3 Price changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days written notice by email before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable retry attempts, your access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved. Your data will be retained for 30 days during any payment suspension period.
6.5 Taxes
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate for UK-based customers where required by law.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing tom@telepath.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
7.2 Refunds
As Telepath Pro operates on a monthly rolling basis with no minimum commitment, we do not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees already charged.
Exception: If Telepath Pro experiences a verified service outage exceeding 24 continuous hours in any billing period, we will provide a pro-rata credit for the affected period upon request.
7.3 Data after cancellation
Following cancellation, your account data will be retained for 30 days during which you may request an export of your ICP reports. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Free ICP Report
8.1 Eligibility
The free ICP report is available to any business that uploads a valid CSV of historical won deal data. No payment is required.
8.2 Usage limits
We reserve the right to limit the number of free reports generated per email address or organisation in order to prevent abuse of the free tier.
8.3 No guarantee of accuracy
The free ICP report is provided as an indicative analysis based on the data you supply. It is not a substitute for professional sales or business consulting advice.
8.4 Data processing for free report users
By uploading data to generate a free ICP report, you confirm that:
- (a) You have the legal right to upload and process the data provided
- (b) Where the data relates to individuals, you have a lawful basis for sharing it with us under applicable data protection law
- (c) You have read and accept our Privacy Policy at telepath.pro/privacy-policy
Free report data is processed solely to generate your ICP report and is permanently deleted after 90 days. No Data Processing Agreement is required for free report usage. Paid subscribers are covered by our full DPA at telepath.pro/data-processing-agreement.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Telepath Pro to:
- Upload data you do not have the right to process or share
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the service without our written consent
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the service
- Use the service to process data relating to individuals in a manner that violates applicable data protection law
10. Your Data and Content
10.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Telepath Pro. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
10.2 Licence to process
By uploading data to Telepath Pro, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your data for any other purpose.
10.3 Your responsibility
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to upload and process the data you provide
- The data does not contain information that violates any third party's rights
- Where the data relates to individuals, you have a lawful basis for processing it and sharing it with us under applicable data protection law
10.4 Data processing
Our Data Processing Agreement is available at telepath.pro/data-processing-agreement and is incorporated into these Terms for all paid subscribers.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Our platform
Telepath Pro, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by Telepath Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our platform beyond the limited right to use the service as described.
11.2 Your reports
ICP reports and pipeline scoring outputs generated from your data are yours to use for your internal business purposes. You may share them within your organisation and with advisors.
11.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
12. Confidentiality
We treat your uploaded data and the outputs of your ICP analysis as confidential business information. We will not disclose your data or results to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
13. Availability and Service Levels
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Telepath Pro is provided “as is” and we may need to carry out maintenance from time to time.
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible via email or our status page.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telepath Pro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The results of ICP analysis or pipeline scoring will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose
- The service will meet your specific business requirements
ICP reports and pipeline scores are analytical tools to support your decision-making. They are not guarantees of sales outcomes. Commercial decisions based on Telepath Pro outputs remain your responsibility.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Telepath Pro in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity
- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Telepath Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
- Any data you upload that violates applicable law
17. Termination
17.1 By you
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion from your account settings or by emailing tom@telepath.pro.
17.2 By us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You breach these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.
17.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Telepath Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will always try to resolve disputes amicably first. If you have a complaint, please email tom@telepath.pro and we will do our best to resolve it within 5 business days.
20. General
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Telepath Pro regarding your use of the service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor business.
